ADHD & RSD Support
Our practice specializes in providing affirming support for adults on the ADHD spectrum who would like to learn more about how their unique brains both help and challenge them.
ADHD affects individuals in so many unique ways, influences thoughts, behaviors, and day to day relationships. Our practice only uses Neurodiversity Affirming approaches to symptoms of being a neurodivergent person in a world build for and by non-autistic non adhd peopls. Our work may build on recognizing your strengths and the skills that enhance everyday functioning but we do not engage in masking therapy approaches or social skills training.
Therapeutic techniques may include mindfulness practices, executive function skill building / hacks and strategies, along with emotional self awareness to support individuals in navigating challenges while celebrating their individuality and most importantly autonomy. Collaborative goal-setting allows for you to create your own coping strategies with the help of a Neurodivergent Therapist.

Autism Support
We help people who are curious about how their brains work to better understand their strengths as a Autistic neurodivergent person. Some of what we would do in a session is to help you uncover sources of overwhelm in your environment and how this intersects with burnout in work and fatigue with personal relationships. We don’t do “therapy” for Autism in the way it’s been presented in the past because how it’s been done is harmful and focused on changing the individual. We don’t get behind that. Instead we use Neurodiversity Affirming principles to support each individual client. Because when you meet one Autistic person, you have met one Autistic person. We’d love to connect!
