W2 Clinicians for Texas

(LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD) We are unable to accept applicants with provisional license (LMSW or LPC-A)

Remote Position. Must be fully licensed in Texas and willing to work in the Central Time Zone.

What you can expect

◦ Flexible scheduling (minimum 20 scheduled client sessions/week) with potential for 25+ /week
◦ Insurance credentialing and all billing done for you. Reimbursement for CEUs + licensure renewals, employer pays portion of taxes/medicare/social security
◦ Steady referrals and a connected culture with room to grow as the practice expands

◦ You have experience working with neurodivergent children, teens or adults (ADHD, Autism, PDA)
◦ You love relational, culturally-aware therapy with children and teens or adult couples
◦ You’re drawn to slow, grounded, reflective work.

*We are unable to accept applicants with LPC-A or LMSW at this time.

Please keep in mind that each therapist typically offers afternoon/evening appointment times two to three times per week. We work hard to provide services to our working clients, families, and school age children/teens; this means accommodating some afternoon and evening hours. With transparency, we also want any clinicians interested in applying to know that we consider “full-time” as seeing approximately 25 clients per week.
