We are looking for Associate level Counselors and Therapists licensed in Texas who are excited about relational, deep work with their clients with a special focus on mental health support for LGBTQIA, BIPOC, Disabled and Neurodivergent communities. Our support includes specialized care for Autistic, ADHD, HSP and more! Our practice is entirely staffed with neurodivergence of all kinds -

  • Autistic Adults, Couples and Youth

  • ADHD Adults, Couples and Youth

  • HSP (High Sensitive Person) Adults, Couples and Youth

We also support mental health concerns in Neurodivergent people and specialize in therapy for -

  • Burnout Recovery and Prevention in Autistic and HSP Adults, Couples, and Youth

  • OCD, Intrusive Thoughts, and Over-thinking in Autistic and ADHD Adults, Mixed-Neurotype Relationships and Youth

  • Depression in Autistic, ADHD, HSP Adults, Couples and Friendships/Relationships

  • Generalized Anxiety in Autistic, ADHD, HSP Adults, Couples and Youth

W2 Clinicians for Texas

LMSW, LPC-A

Must be licensed in Texas and able to work in the Central Time Zone during high demand hours. Late afternoons 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm and one weekend day per week.

Compensation

  • W-2 Fee for service - hourly rate of $35-40 for each completed client session hour and $20 per administrative hour (meetings, blog writing, leadership, and more).

You might be a great fit!

  • Some experience working with neurodivergent children, teens or adults (ADHD, Autism, PDA) and are open to an affirming framework of supporting clients.

  • You get excited to be in presence with clients and love relational, culturally-aware therapy.

  • You’re drawn to slow, grounded, reflective work based in neurobiology and attachment.

Please keep in mind that each therapist typically offers afternoon/evening appointment times two to three times per week. We work hard to provide services to our working clients, families, and school age children/teens; this means accommodating some afternoon and evening hours. With transparency, we also want any clinicians interested in applying to know that we consider “full-time” as booking 25-30 clients per week.
